Santa Barbara is an old Florida home neighborhood in Boca Raton. It has charm and and true neighborhood feel. If you are not looking for the cookie cutter community this is certainly unique.  There are only 241 homes within Santa Barbara and most are custom homes built one off so all the homes do not look the same. It is gated with a manned gate for a secure entrance. There is a lake within the community so if you want a home with a view you’ll have a limited selection to choose from.
