New Floresta

New Floresta Homes are located adjacent to Boca West Golf and Country Club and a stone’s throw from the Florida Turnpike. Most of the homes were built throughout the 1980’s and are all unique in their designs. Although there is a homeowner’s association, it is very low as of 2017 $168 and cover the common areas and cable. The community does have some holiday events because of its family friendly environment. These include a Halloween party and 4th of july celebration.  The HOA website can be viewed through this link. A short walk away from Floresta is the University Woodlands Park with 2 lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, a sports playing field, playground, grills, picnic tables, pavilions and rest rooms.
